received my replacement cc but can't seems to find the function to activate it, both with the app and online webpage. any idea how to do this besides using the sms/call?

btw just to check, for the unauthorised transaction that has been posted, normally how long will RHB take to investigate and refund back the amount? if it's after the coming statement date, do i need to pay this amount first? it's close to rm200

It happened to me last year.
I called to report the fraud and the card was deactivated, followed by email the dispute form to RHB Card Centre. The transaction was reversed in less than 3 working days. (Before next statement date)

Mine took a month or two, but they issued a temporary credit of the disputed amount in a short period of time (within a few days). Later they reversed this and reversed the original transaction.

ya that's what i heard over the phone but actually i'm not sure how this temporary credit works. meaning they will credit this amount into the cc account as of the amount is considered paid?

Confirmation need to swipe 12x a year based on card approval. Meaning if card approved on this year April, 1st year waived till 2025 April. Can swipe 12x on May.

So difficult to swipe 24x ?
Go to Shell to pump 24x RM1.
If the annual fee is charged but you had fulfilled 24x in the past 12 months, inform RHB Card Centre. Their system may have overlooked and forget to give waiver automatically.

Has anyone ever applied for a credit limit increase for RHB credit card?

I called and they asked to go to the branch. Is that really the only way?

So frustrating that other banks are making it easy to increase credit limit (e.g. HLB) but RHB makes life so difficult.
