if not suitable, don't bother accepting it

annual fee waiver, go read if got any automatic waiver condition. if not, ask banker to give guarantee it can be done in the future.

agents or bankers can promise anything without actual knowing how the product works. they want their commission and target. you are the one eventually liable to pay all the fees, eg sst, annual fee, etc

Premier card is by invitation. Need to be their Premier Banking Customer first.

For RHB CC collect at branch, does it have due date to collect?

suggest you collect asap to avoid package lost (in the branch), stucked somewhere, etc

branch may return it back to HQ if uncollected for some time (may be up to each branch's discretion to return)
