Yeah. I have done 1st and 2nd (Shopee and Lazada direct payment, not their e-wallet). This RM 534 is third transaction.

ShopeePay is fastest, no need OTP verification, but don't know how fast ShopeePay processes the debit, maybe a few minutes delay.

My shopeepay topup, for large amount, always require otp, i.e last time the rm400 campaign, both weeks asking for otp.

usually this is called Secure OTP

depending on the configuration, OTP can be triggered based on few parameters:

1) after x consecutive transactions, request for OTP
2) if more than y amount (maybe per txn, cumulative per day, per week, per month), request for OTP
and so on and on

Yesterday managed to leave my no. for CS to return call, so one of them called me back in the evening. After checking what I wanted, I also asked about CashXcess as I'm interested to apply, he got one of the colleagues to call me today.

So she called just now and while listening to pre-recorded T&C, she sent me WhatsApp messages and informed she is the officer handling my application and can look for her for CashXcess application. At least now I have two direct RHB contacts without going through the painful CS experience.

cashxcess can be done thru RHB mobile apps. just a few clicks the money is in, no need to go thru rhb personnel

I see but I don't have access to RHB online banking yet, my OTP issue is not solved...
