I just got off the phone with RHB after I filed complain regarding Friday Specials about Starbucks top up

RHB official response - Starbucks card Top-Up of RM30 with RHB cards are entitled to the free drink. It is OFFICIAL response I get from RHB.

For filing my complaint I also get free Starbucks voucher. Woohoo for me.

How to tell the Starbucks cashier that's it's official ??

RHB CS said RHB Marketing already communicated with Starbucks, and won't be an issue anymore.

With regard to your concern, we wish to inform that cardmember within 45 days after such approval date (“Qualifying Period”) makes the first retail transaction of minimum RM100 using RHB Principal Credit Card, will receive RM 150 Cash Back.

However we noticed your first retail transaction made was less than RM 100.00, thus you only entitled for RM 50.00 Cash Back.

Too bad. Well, at least your card is working nice for the 5% overseas/online cashback

Anyone reload starbucks card with RHB VS today with rm30 and got the free drink yet? Hopefully all the Starbucks have got the update from top management llike what bro Jason shared here so that we don't have "beg" for the drink?

My first use of the Plaza Premium Lounge at LCCT with RHB Visa Signature just got posted 3 months later.

LOL.. got rejected by Starbucks again, called RHB and they are putting me on hold. Somebody in RHB is going to get !@#$ by me.

Haha... you might have to keep calling RHB every friday til the end of the year where the promo ends. Every week instead of getting free drinks from starbucks, you get voucher from RHB.

RHB is sucks! A RHB officer call me last month and offer me 0% interest free for 6 months, hence I only made minimum payment for my previous statement. But the latest statement I received there is an interest charge. I've raised a case to RHB and let's wait and see what is their response.

Was the interest charged for the first statement ?

Hi, I have few questions for applying 10 minutes RHB credit card, I hope TS or other sifu can help me on this:

1- My salary only RM199x include fixed allowance (before EPF deduction), so im not eligible to apply for the credit card bcoz their min annual income requirement is 24k? (even my total amount almost reach it)

2- Can I apply by only submitting my latest EPF statement, without my payslip or bank statement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? My monthly "Syer Majikan" @ RM260 and "Syer Pekerja" @ RM220, total amount RM480, will this amount passed the minimum requirement?

3- Do RHB have FD pledging for applying credit card? If yes what is the minimum amount I need to put in FD?

Min Salary to apply for CC is not RM2,000 per month but RM24,000 per annum. I suppose if you can prove an annual salary of RM24K, your application should be approved.

Remember the RHB Visa Signature Card comes with 6 months interest free. After 6 months sure we must clear all hutang.

MY card approved on 15.7.2013 and my 1st statement dated 26.7.2013, payment due on 15.8.2013.

My 6th statement will be on 26.12.2013. So that means i must pay that statement all clear before 15.1.2014?

Anybody can confirm? I dont want to kena charge interest.
I have carried a hutang of 18k already so far.. all interest free, only pay min 5% only.

Going by that my 6 months interest free period will end on my 6th bill right? Any body has reached their 6th statement and still able to pay only 5% minimum and didnt get charged?

When the bill states the Finance Charges = 18%... then you should settle ALL amount
