Enthusiast Senior Member 749 posts Joined: Nov 2004	I think from the another point of view, the reload is actually a credit transfer from Credit Card to Starbucks Card, which there is no actual spending/transaction, thus I think those outlet that gave out free drink might have been confused. All in all, its RHB that have overlooked on this. But then again, its hard to blame on RHB as the person that work out this promo mechanism might not be familiar with Starbucks operation, thus, the confusion. Will see if my 2nd supp card receive the cash back next month as this card spent quite some amount within first 45/60days. I apply those cards all from walk-in at branch so I thought I am not eligible for gst cash back. So my principal cash back do come in as a surprised bonus.

Enthusiast Senior Member 749 posts Joined: Nov 2004	I called them up and the only thing they can offer is 3 swipe of any amount within 30 days of your request phone call. No offset for supp card. The principal card Rm50must pay first and they will revert back within 2 months. Please share if you getting the same offer. Thanks.
