Call RHB and complain, cause its not in their T&C. Say you want to file report.
This is unfair when some RHB card holders can get it, some cannot. And according to their own T&C, by right is can.

I think from the another point of view, the reload is actually a credit transfer from Credit Card to Starbucks Card, which there is no actual spending/transaction, thus I think those outlet that gave out free drink might have been confused.

All in all, its RHB that have overlooked on this. But then again, its hard to blame on RHB as the person that work out this promo mechanism might not be familiar with Starbucks operation, thus, the confusion.

I think there is no wrong in this. The T&C clearly did not say no reload/top-up from RHB to Starbucks card. Anyway i purchased another Starbucks card with RM50 credit in it and paid with RHB card, gotten the free drink and also another complimentary grande size after registering... Anyone done the same?

Ya.. maybe you would like to share which Starbucks outlet you did that? So that we can go there to enjoy the free drink without begging/arguing? smile.gif

How is the foreign currency conversion admin charges rate for VS? Some cards are 1%-2% right? Plan to use this in the coming trip to maximize the 5% rebate.

Whatever it is, if its the bank's fault, that is their problem, as long as WE abide by THEIR T&C, they have to honor it. In the case of RHB, even if they want to change their T&C, they have to give 21 days notice as per their T&C.

The cash back is supposed to be credited within 6-10 weeks after the end of the Qualifying Period, so the earliest is on 21st Oct 2013.

Mine was credited on 18th Oct 2013, first swipe of >RM100 was on 18 July 2013.

Is the RM150 cash rebate thingy over? Can't access the url.

Is there any new promotion for signing up a new CC with RHB?

There's no link about the unlimited 5% cash-back (ends 31 Dec 2013) for online and overseas transactions.
