Don't really understand why you are shouting out loud and screaming NO. Price has appreciated over the years, especially the past 3 years. I've profited quite some money FROM the past 3 YEARS (paper gain) and certainly look forward to profit more moving forward.

You are interested in lose making properties only? That's interesting.

Yes we know that You are seldom wrong but share with us your opinion ma.
If you say no to your kids, you will explain the reasons also isn't it? Unless you commented with your sentiment but not facts?
Ok.. Listen listen listen. We are listening smile.gif
Although I invested some in cyber, I also vote "NO" on this thread.

Cautiously bullish. Cyberjaya has legs to run but short term risk is always there.

Agree and fair comment from Soros007 boss, the buyer of Cyberjaya itself.

Cyberjaya is still a quite new township, with great proper master planning and infrastructure, while the government is trying everything to move their offices to Cyberjaya as well as conditional agreements with MNC companies to open their quarters at Cyberjaya.

IMHO, Cyberjaya needs time and the future is there.

Long term investment wise, it would be very great. I'd say about 10 years minimum.
Short term flip / rent, I don't think it would be aggressive for at least for next 5 years due to multiple projects on-going.

putrajaya is the new main government quarters, not cyberjaya.

If you no, please explain why. Even if you say yes, we would also want to know why. We are all her to learn and avoid mistakes. If cannot make money, we don't want to lose money either. If you have no explanation/opinion for your statement, then it's hot air only.

Haha, okay. Because I treated Cyberjaya / Putrajaya under same enclave and Cyberjaya provide more on residence to cater the living expanditures.

u need to live longer to enjoy your wealth la  biggrin.gif

soon this thread become a thread like why u buy cyberjaya...

Negative comment is still welcome, I also wish to see some negative comment that really can convince me, so that i will plan more exit strategy to mitigate the risk...
*
I also feel that this thread is redundant, all points already being discussed in other threads.

Those who already invested in CBJ and feel so confidence on CBJ, just move on and go ahead, I don't think u will want to listen to and accept any different opinions raised by others. There is always 2 sides of the coins and each individual preference is different. For example:

a) when someone said "no pork no alcohol" - CBJ supporter would say "it is OK, more healthy life"
b) No commercial now (we have 13 commercial in the making)
c) No Chinese school (we have one in the making, but don't know when complete, can go to Puchong, Dengkil)
d) dead town, no night time population (don't look now, look forward next 10 years)

and the list goes on.....

You may create 10 more threads with the fresh new talking about CBJ, ended up we will still recycling the above points.....

if u r so confidence on CBJ, just move on.
Only the time will tell u if ur investment decision is right or wrong?

both seems to come together...but imho, putrajaya & cyberjaya ..they are in different classes, with different sets of groups/people/workers residing in it...wandering thru putrajaya..u have one feeling, while wandering thru cyberjaya, it's a complete different feel...

have been working here in cyberjaya for the past 8 years...and thats how i feel ...to me, cyberjaya has a class of its own...
ampunnn if my opinion is not correct biggrin.gif...

My friend in mall management told me D'pulze is on track for opening nxt year. So far 80% leased. My friend is COO of a listed company in msia, I guess his words r trustable.
*
Even if it is 80% are leased but if business not up to mark~~90% chance the mall will die a natural death~~

so i believe the point still comes back to the population & development of the town~~ which i don't think it is great at the time we speak~~

I do hope to see the town flourish in the near future~~

Atleast there is existing student population to support... students will go to cinema, bowling, f&b... a mall normally takes 3 years to reach the optimum visitor traffic. I hav confident this mall will b a success just like Bugis Junction singapore which is about the same size as Dpulze. Bugis junction is within the city and full of students and youngsters. Bugis junction is one of the best malls under capitalmall trust.
