For own stay - yes, hot spotsFlipping - very tough, demand much less than supply.
For summer glades the developer still struggling to sell their leftover units.

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Jun 16 2013, 01:23 PM) Agree and fair comment from Soros007 boss, the buyer of Cyberjaya itself. According to propcafe.net there are 13 shopping mall in the making in Cbj. Both Big and small ones. Cyberjaya is still a quite new township, with great proper master planning and infrastructure, while the government is trying everything to move their offices to Cyberjaya as well as conditional agreements with MNC companies to open their quarters at Cyberjaya. IMHO, Cyberjaya needs time and the future is there. Long term investment wise, it would be very great. I'd say about 10 years minimum. Short term flip / rent, I don't think it would be aggressive for at least for next 5 years due to multiple projects on-going. I don't know how they able to survive and competiting with each others. Even in matured area like Dsara, the curve was quite, no business, car parks were empty for the first 5 years of opening. |

QUOTE(blowwater101 @ Jun 16 2013, 04:15 PM) security wise, there not many place in klang valley, u walk on the street, u wont feel like kena snatch anytime. That is because no nighttime population. Less chances for the robbers to find target and hit the jackpot. No where is safe in the country. Robbers are very mobile!! |

I notice that some who invested here are not actually plan to live there when VP, some of them working abroad earning decent foreign currency, with strong borrowing capacity.
I still have many friends who work in CBJ and refused to live in CBJ |

Talking about Cbj. It is a love-hate decision.
Either u love it 100% or a no go ( no matter how others hard sell to u). No middle ground !! This is what I can conclude. This post has been edited by cheahcw2003: Jun 16 2013, 11:29 PM |

QUOTE(blowwater101 @ Jun 18 2013, 03:05 PM) u need to live longer to enjoy your wealth la I also feel that this thread is redundant, all points already being discussed in other threads.soon this thread become a thread like why u buy cyberjaya... Negative comment is still welcome, I also wish to see some negative comment that really can convince me, so that i will plan more exit strategy to mitigate the risk... Those who already invested in CBJ and feel so confidence on CBJ, just move on and go ahead, I don't think u will want to listen to and accept any different opinions raised by others. There is always 2 sides of the coins and each individual preference is different. For example: a) when someone said "no pork no alcohol" - CBJ supporter would say "it is OK, more healthy life" b) No commercial now (we have 13 commercial in the making) c) No Chinese school (we have one in the making, but don't know when complete, can go to Puchong, Dengkil) d) dead town, no night time population (don't look now, look forward next 10 years) and the list goes on..... You may create 10 more threads with the fresh new talking about CBJ, ended up we will still recycling the above points..... if u r so confidence on CBJ, just move on. Only the time will tell u if ur investment decision is right or wrong? |
