Sibeh far jaya still needs some time to make ppl accepting her. Hope the developers don't just build n sell but most importantly - business n job opp!!!

Garden Residence low occupancy rate and developer still has units to sell.

Anyone care to enlighten me how is it able to relate this to cyberjaya as a property hotspot NOW ?

This tamarindsq project reliable or not? Who is the big boss behind this company? is it worth to invest ? i'm quite interested on it...maybe going to buy 1 lot for long term investment.

Tamarind is a gd name.

With nett psf at bout 800, its stil doable. If not mistaken, the cyber sthg garden by Mahsing oso selling around tis price.

Btw, shaftsbury retail units r asking for 1k - 1.2k psf depend on visibility. So far havnt heard of any transaction there but offers r coming in every wk. Guess owners r waiting for a beta gain.

Bro me just kuci miao in cj. Exploring cj but stil no guts to put my bet the 2nd time. Not to say no confident but reckon there r alwiz more option with the same pricing.

Eg. My shaftsbury at 1k psf today. If I din buy it yrs back, I might choose sthg else for 1k but nearer to city. Or 1.2k for gd units in shatsbury today, I would rather buy another arcadia in dpc, or velocity in kl, or nexis in kd.

1 thg important in commi especially in cj, buy early, hold longer.

Allow me to add 1 more point.

Buy props tat fit ur portfolio. In my prop list, I dun hav resi other than own stay house. Dunno y. Just dunfeel like playing with resi. Maybe not gd in taking care of resi tenants gua. Hehe. Vely mafan hor.
