question : is pork really so important ? Tell me if u live in DPC, where to find pork ? within dpc got no pork right ? still have to drive to some other place to get pork isnt it ?

If u are no pork no life that kind of person, dengkil is just few mins from cyber, along the street got so many chinese food include BKT...pure fruit juice with plum (3pcs of fruits) rm3...last time when i worked in cyber i had BKT once a week, almost had prok everyday...the chinese old style restaurant is so nice...those style cant operate in cyber but just nice to locate in dengkil 

Same comments - Pork and alcohols are all allowed in cyber.
Those still think cant find BKT in cyber - your studies are not in depth enough lor....

Mayb can ask bro xxyap to add the poll in his thread "why u buy cyberjaya". Now I jus wan to know is ppl thinks cyber is a hotspot or not. If it is hot, I guess the price will b higher. Still many phases hav not launched yet for SH, SEG, SR, N99, lakefront, etc etc.

i think you are wrong.
Financially strong ang mo / family type likes only landed with greenery living environment especially those with resort feeling.
Those staying in high rise - mainly are single or couple with tight budget.
No offence - that's how my Aus houses being rented out.

Be good or bad - prop investment it's all about the vision.
My vision to SEG / SH and SR are - A smaller version of DPC that surrounded by diff commercial components.

Heard tat nowadays many gng oso got break in. Last wk heard a case in sunway spk. Suppose to b quite safe there. I love gng. But ll cyber gng b any diff??? I stil gov do sthg.

However, hope cyber ll b a future hot spot since many big corp investing there.

The only thing diff is environment lo...

1. cyber got cctv, cctv on the road, installed by govt, not for specific housing area (still useful as it is able to capture the vehicle number)
2. Now hardly to see motorbike in cyber, in future i not sure (handbag snatcher normally ride motorbike)
3. not easy to run away in cyber, the road is vr wide, hard to find small lane...

assume myself is robber, i wont take the risk due to reason 1 & 3
