Last time tis same paper reported 10,000 plus visitors during Sunway Poperty Fair...i was there, hardly any crowds, maybe 100 plus got lah...the paper has their own vested interest as most dvelopers advertised with them only and own Their own poperty website

Prop agent not prop guru. They r stil a sales person who chase for sales to hit target to have handsome returns.
Do u think they really will analyse for u if the project is profitable or bad things? They only provide those basic info like spec.
That's why we have here lowyat for prop discussion, but ady flooded by SA nowadays , use it as a tool to attract more buyers.
Yea alots differ agency promoting this project on net on fb until I everyday can see the similar post on this lakeville.

All buyer pls do more research instead of follow the trend or bbb mode on prop purchase. U booked one doesn't mean u r a prop expert.

What is the reason u choosing six floor (just curious)? I don't really like to facing car park, I hv no choice, no budget.

Facing own car is good, but I prefer facing Garden.

I spoke to the MS agent why the discrepancy in the news with 85% sold and supposed sale of block E and F. She told me that block E and F has been sold en-bloc. Not sure if true or not.

Saw the stickers shown by propcafe in their latest review on this proj. I think less than 50%. Wont say it is great proj but not a bad one too especially for local there. It ll bring of life to the taman there.

I think its under HDA, housing development act, so the water and electric bill shud be residential rates. But cukai is commercial rate.

If according to the MS sales agent, block E and F has been sold en bloc to god knows who. So their sales are actually quite good.
And with the coming GST, property developers will try to launch their property before 1st april 2015 as they can ask for extension for 48 months during the construction period if i'm not wrong. So property prices after April 2015 will jump and this will in turn increase the entire property market price to another level.
So i think most people are afraid of this and will buy units which are affordable. However, the offset is that the BLR might increase another 0.25% in December, which will dampen sales especially people who flip properties.

Just my 2 cents.
