i think majority do not have concern on the surroundings 85% sold project or malaysians do not care about health risk because partly we are accustomed to haze, road pollution, cigarette smoke, etc. compare to other scandinavian/european countries where environmental control is much more thorough malaysians just buy first la. think later next time close the windows wear mask and go on with their life buy air freshener pray wind direction change to blow to other areas

Just went back from sales office today...no any developer sales staff but all GS realty agent, not very good product knowledge only keep telling buy now upfront earn xxxk compare with end phase price...now developer giving rebate because doing promotion as first block...personally thinking that the price tag is slightly higher with such high density...(comparing with eco sky about 10acre with >1000units vs 12.x acre with 2000units) price also almost match after discount from both developer...

This agency only focus on sales, never train their agents properly on the product knowledge. Anyway, same as MS, only push for sales, never think of sustainability for each township
