Eventually I was just Kepoh went to the launching yesterday, end up i paid the booking fee. yawn.gif Not sure am I made a correct decision or not?

Actually I'm going to buy Season Garden at Wangsa Maju 850sft around 480k with 1 car park, no furnish. End up I made a impulsed decision to buy here, Im still dilemma right now, this my first property.

I bought 978psf at block B lower floor which facing car park, my unit is 550+psft, I buying for investment, planning to rent at the moment, future might sell it or ownstay (future decise).

I remember I sign something after paid, few pages I signed, I was dilemma and impulse at the moment, end up signed.

After doing research only realize actually incinerator going to build on Taman Beringin which very near to Lakeville.
This news made even dilemma.... how u think?

What is the reason u choosing six floor (just curious)? I don't really like to facing car park, I hv no choice, no budget.

Ya, I'm facing my own car park. I'm not sure what I'm signed ady, was too blur at that moment. No 10% discount given.

May I double confirm what is the rate of electric and water? commercial or residential?

I very confuse that all agents told me different story, one said electric and water follow commercial rate, another agent told me is residential rate...

My agent told me if cancel booking will burn 5k booking fees, but infact is just rm500, quite disappointed agent are not trained well....

How many of you going to sign s&p tomorrow? since tomorrow is 14days after the launch day, mean tomorrow is the last day for those who made booking on last launching day.

It is NOT even better than the opposite Dex 2.0 Kiara East then why?

If you are driving to klcc for work everyday, you need to go further up to make U turn back Jalan Kuching...
Time & money (fuel) wasted and if you are doing it everyday........ compare to the oppsite Dex 2.0 Kiara East

I think location is depend on area, not particular road. Lakeville have another alternative road access to Brem mall, Batu Caves roundabout is not only the way. No doubt location of Kiara East is slightly better, that why the price also "BETTER", It's a give and take thing, got money ma buy Kiara East, budget limit consider lakeville lo.

The road to access to brem mall is nt stated in google map, but it is really accessible, take the road you can heading to brem mall, after that turn left you arrive the road about to Jalan kuching. Not necessary have to drive to Batu caves round about

Currently we can access the to the brem mall by using the short cut road I mention, but it's still a bonus if proposed link road is build because it is directly to brem mall, shorter than current short cut. Hopefully they fulfill their promises.

Opps. Paiseh saw ur message wrongly Tengsterkor, Lolz... I tot u mean Jalan kepong. Agreed that Jalan kepong lama is jam during peak hour, that why I said hopefully developer build the proposed link road for buyer to easily access.

I have some question, how many lease tenure left for Lakeville? 99 year start from completion(2018)?

bacause i heard normal procedure is like this, developer bought a land and need time to apply this and that to build a project, so this procedure it dragging some time, normally when buyer get their property usually cannot get full 99 year.

Is this true?

But lawyer told me Lakeville is still left 88 year, lawyer didn't mention MS will renew after completion. She say normally most of the property is hardly get full 99 year start from completion or ur purchase day. On the last pages bottom of the Lakeville brochure,it stated land tenure: (24/04/2102), which is 88 year from now.
