Ya, I'm facing my own car park. I'm not sure what I'm signed ady, was too blur at that moment. No 10% discount given. |

May I double confirm what is the rate of electric and water? commercial or residential?
I very confuse that all agents told me different story, one said electric and water follow commercial rate, another agent told me is residential rate... My agent told me if cancel booking will burn 5k booking fees, but infact is just rm500, quite disappointed agent are not trained well.... |

QUOTE(hhho @ Aug 30 2014, 10:54 AM) just take the location good? I disagreed with you ........ I think location is depend on area, not particular road. Lakeville have another alternative road access to Brem mall, Batu Caves roundabout is not only the way. No doubt location of Kiara East is slightly better, that why the price also "BETTER", It's a give and take thing, got money ma buy Kiara East, budget limit consider lakeville lo.It is NOT even better than the opposite Dex 2.0 Kiara East then why? If you are driving to klcc for work everyday, you need to go further up to make U turn back Jalan Kuching... Time & money (fuel) wasted and if you are doing it everyday........ compare to the oppsite Dex 2.0 Kiara East the residents can go straight without U turn, so are you saying the location is still good or not ...... |

QUOTE(hhho @ Aug 30 2014, 02:03 PM) can you name this alternative road as mentioned by you? Are u familiar in this area? If you are not I'm here to telling you. Google Maps unable to find any road to Jln Kepong. Although developer proposed link road to Jln Kepong, it is not stated in your S&P so don't take serisouly that it will happend one day! I refer to areas not particular road last post. KLCC is used for our reference because most KL people would go for shopping, working there! Although developer is proposing a link road, but don't worry, I'm not taking it seriously, I know word can said easily, execute or not, let's see. The road to access to brem mall is nt stated in google map, but it is really accessible, take the road you can heading to brem mall, after that turn left you arrive the road about to Jalan kuching. Not necessary have to drive to Batu caves round about |

QUOTE(hhho @ Aug 30 2014, 07:23 PM) Currently we can access the to the brem mall by using the short cut road I mention, but it's still a bonus if proposed link road is build because it is directly to brem mall, shorter than current short cut. Hopefully they fulfill their promises. |

QUOTE(tengster @ Aug 31 2014, 12:59 AM) I dint understand why you wanna discuss in such manner. Connecting it to jalan kepong is the solution...not jalan kepong lama. YOU are local there, you should know right, Opps. Paiseh saw ur message wrongly Tengsterkor, Lolz... I tot u mean Jalan kepong. Agreed that Jalan kepong lama is jam during peak hour, that why I said hopefully developer build the proposed link road for buyer to easily access. |

QUOTE(ryjc @ Sep 3 2014, 12:40 AM) Hi people, According to Mah sing, this voucher cannot be use, reason they given "this voucher not entitle on Lakeville", "This voucher cannot used on discount project":o As a previous customer, I have a few Mah Sing cash vouchers worth RM 3500 to give away. However, it can only be used on Mah Sing properties and before a purchase is made. Do contact me if you want it. My contact details are: Name : Jia Number : 012 3070798 When come to 'buyer-get-buyer' scheme, Mah Sing staff said introducer & buyer must inform Mah Sing within 3 days; must buy property through MS agent not GS agent; Introducer & buyer must buy same project; Introducer must is existing M Club member...etc.... buyer really have to fulfilled all this terms? I'm doubt of this. I felt Mah Sing is trying to reject our claim with whatever reason. |

I have some question, how many lease tenure left for Lakeville? 99 year start from completion(2018)?
bacause i heard normal procedure is like this, developer bought a land and need time to apply this and that to build a project, so this procedure it dragging some time, normally when buyer get their property usually cannot get full 99 year. Is this true? |

QUOTE(wchinwai @ Sep 4 2014, 12:25 AM) But lawyer told me Lakeville is still left 88 year, lawyer didn't mention MS will renew after completion. She say normally most of the property is hardly get full 99 year start from completion or ur purchase day. On the last pages bottom of the Lakeville brochure,it stated land tenure: (24/04/2102), which is 88 year from now. |
