Pr1ma is not necessary low cost if u know the limit of property price now that attached to the pr1ma home. Jus wan to highlight it.

Saw the stickers shown by propcafe in their latest review on this proj. I think less than 50%. Wont say it is great proj but not a bad one too especially for local there. It ll bring of life to the taman there.

So i think most people are afraid of this and will buy units which are affordable. However, the offset is that the BLR might increase another 0.25% in December, which will dampen sales especially people who flip properties. Just my 2 cents.
