Yeap Lakeville is higher density than EkoSky. I stil prefer EkoSky anytime personally for its facade design.

Prop agent not prop guru. They r stil a sales person who chase for sales to hit target to have handsome returns.
Do u think they really will analyse for u if the project is profitable or bad things? They only provide those basic info like spec.
That's why we have here lowyat for prop discussion, but ady flooded by SA nowadays , use it as a tool to attract more buyers.
Yea alots differ agency promoting this project on net on fb until I everyday can see the similar post on this lakeville.

All buyer pls do more research instead of follow the trend or bbb mode on prop purchase. U booked one doesn't mean u r a prop expert.

Personal data protection act, they can't do that if their agency or developer never get consent of buyer, unless we register at their website before.
Very very hope we can stop this privacy thing by sueing them.. always received this calls n sms, even know our name n address sometimes. Those do sales one really..... annoyin

According to SA, going to launch in 2 weeks time. Perhaps next weekend. But they can accept booking by cheques if not mistaken. Act fast if u interested.
1800units just pul me off Eventhou the facilities is impressive. But shared the big pool with 1800units...

Stil got units for block A&B. Should be lower price =)
5% rebates only, package isn't friendly enough.

What i dislike:
1) density
2) few shoplots sell to public not managed/controlled by Mahsing unlike ecosky keep the retails and find quality tenants.
3) incinerator issue stil unsolved
4) Furnishing isn't quality enough as compared to ecosky (ofcuz ecosky come with higher price tags)
5) though 1234sf is big, but don't know the living hall n rooms look kinda small. ID problem? (Ecosky ID way nicer)
4) Leasehold

What I like:
1) they beautify the landscape around Lakeside.
2) Facilties layout looks great big pool with water features.
3) Lake facing (if higher and unobstructed view)
4) 1234sf Layout is practical (horizontal stretched along living n dining area) - this floorplan kinda popular recently (Eg. Dreamcity, Cloudtree, WOTP, lakeville, Ecosky, Cristal Cyberjaya etc having this type of floorplan)

Lakeside living always like a dream. But not with this kind of high density 1800units and the shoplots infront not managed/controlled by developer? big NO, learn from ecoworld on their retail part.

Alternative for those who want a good ownstay.
1)DreamCity (lakeside and leasehold too, lesser density 800units, 550psf++)
2)Skyz residence (high hill living with unobstructed view)
3)Irama Wangsa (5acres greenery, and hillpark)

all are resort style and very low density as compared to Lakeville.
moreover We still yet to know the impact of the Incinerator and the smelly ponds.
Some buyers may not aware of this and SA definitely wont mention this too.

You can the aggressiveness of the lakeville SA on facebook and lowyat, too many part time, appointed SA to market this product. They need more to sell off the 1800units+++ (including the medium cost next to the shoplot)

Go take a look on EcoSky showroom, it's even much more impressive. Well just my and my friends preference.
More flexible types of layout than lakeville, and lower density than this 1800units+ with well managed shoplots.
But ofcourse come with the pretty price tags for the rich.

If you have the bullet, definitely wont go wrong with EcoSky and I believe it wil be a real luxury condo upon completion. Im neither buyer or agent, Ive visited both sales gallery and that's the impression given to us.
Leasehold and commercial that doesnt matter nowadays for investors but still hard to transfer ownership upon sales and utility fees gonna be very high too.
Be this for investment or ownstay, layout and design definitely crucial for us as no one wil gonna buy it from you if its a bad layout (lakeville layout are fine). richer will spend even more for better product and dont even look at the bad layout or higher density.
Well different preference and way of investment. Goodlucks. Lakeville still a good project but not my cup of tea i believe stil bunch of ppl going for the weekend launch regardless of the density, management of shoplots, leasehold, sewage ponds and future incinerator. There are ppl dont even know what is Incinerator, but just BBB =)

Has been learnt alots for this few years and visited quite many sales gallery to study this n that.
Just giving my own opinion, others may not agree. But we all listen advices, absorb it and filter the bad and learn for the good one. haha.
for this project, the best would be the lake (if well maintain), and also the Facilities (if not crowded)

Perhaps developer paid to have the ad. "Sponsored ad".
