Just curious, is there a way for Maybank to automatically upgrade the credit limit? Or maybe we can just email the application form? I found it quite stupid to go through the hassle of the fax machine.

Well, I have few credit cards, and besides Maybank, others are doing so. That's the thing I cannot understand, especially since my salary is bank in to Maybank.

Were you saying temporarily credit limit increase or permanent credit limit increase?

If you are talking about permanent, bank will only increase your limit if you always burst ur previous credit limit. (My friend's credit limited increase because of that)

Permanent increase, well I won't say I never burst the limit in Maybank, but not always. But for other banks, I also seldom burst the limit, maybe once, or even just twice.

All my application is done online through email. I've never do faxing before when it comes to anything related to credit card. I even fill up my form digitally (inclusive of the signature) using acrobat

sad.gif that is bad news..

Not sure if someone has mentioned this, but the value of TP will likely drop from Aug 1 onwards as well.

www.rcubed.com.my has already put up a statement asking people to redeem for ONEcard vouchers in order to "maintain your value" and "preserve your points"

I also received such SMS with Citibank. SMS asking if I'm agreed for the offered CL increase; if want, reply YES, otherwise, just ignore.

Not once but two to three times.
