Does anyone have differences in the TreatsPoints shown under Maybank2U Rewards link/page compared to the inidividual TreatsPoints under Card Details ?

mine is reverse.. i applied Maybank2card Plat first then get the Petronas Plat.. i think it is no problem to add another card, because it will share credit limit..

you cannot change the card, it is different package.. the best thing you can do is, apply the Maybank2card.. after approved, go cancel your old Petronas card..

if you too calculative with your GST, apply the Maybank2card one month before Petronas card anniversary, then cancel Petronas card before the GST kick in..

my advice, if you can foresee your spending will be rm2k using Amex, just straightaway apply the Maybank2card and dump the Petronas card.. you can easily use TP to pay the GST on new card..

For my case, the CL of MBB 2 AMEX platinum is the lower than Citibank clear card   

Automatic? I guess none of Malaysia bank offers that. ;(

Were you saying temporarily credit limit increase or permanent credit limit increase?

If you are talking about permanent, bank will only increase your limit if you always burst ur previous credit limit. (My friend's credit limited increase because of that)

Still pondering which voucher is the best to be redeem. Time is running out   

Parkson / Robinsons / Metrojaya is better value than AEON vouchers.... uses less TreatsPoints.

True.... all those have 1-year expiry date... Quite sure you would spend within the year... if not you won't bother looking at these Departmental Stores

As far as I know, whatever in the gold card be it installment plan, outstanding balance or the points will be transferred to the platinum because it is an upgrade. Recently I've just upgraded my gold to platinum and I've requested everything to be brought over to my platinum. CS did not query anything despite me having ez payment. I've also requested my gold card to be cancelled.

If yes...it should be problem to get 5% rebate + 5x treatpoints so long as u carry out the transaction on weekend.
