just received this email from a developer...
We would like to UPDATE you that Projek Lintasan Kota Sdn Bhd (Prolintas) has signed the Concession Agreements for Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) last month. It looks having same wide space as Semi-D.
For standard 40x85 semi-D, the build up is normally 30 wide x 48 long. Not sure about Clusia built up length though... |
