About to start balloting. More than 500 registered, only 100 will be called. Total phase 1-3 available 92 units only 95% phase 3. Other phase considered gone because corner units only.

It also said that DASH may not ease the traffic congestion because of bottlenecks.

that may not be entirely true. i'm not sure whether the bumi discount/ballot is allocated for "bumi lot" or "bumi quota". I didn't see any unit marked as "bumi lot" there in Elmina so I assume those units fall under "bumi quota".

According to article below, if "bumi quota", you can sell the house to anyone even though you enjoyed the bumi discount.

Tesco is for low income people. For RM 1mil DSL rssidential, you need something like IOI City Mall and Setia Alam Mall.

It looks having same wide space as Semi-D.

For standard 40x85 semi-D, the build up is normally 30 wide x 48 long. Not sure about Clusia built up length though...
