Lol, why does everyone keep asking me that. No la. I do it for fun. No water restriction nor sodium restriction. I still eat junk but at lower carbs of 300-350g daily, then massive refeeds on weekends.

I notice too much on leg at beginning and too much on lower back at the end of pull, is that what you mean?

Yeap based on the vid, you use your legs to pull/drive the bar up and use you lower back to lower the bar.

Nevertheless, there's still room for improvement! icon_rolleyes.gif

Bar too far from your shin. Place the bar over your mid foot.

Your hips raise up first because your hip starting position too low. The starting position don't have problem but just not perfect for your body. Check your video, your hip starting position should be the same as your bar start to leave the floor.

Don't hyper extend on top.

Your form is really stable and just need few minor adjustment. If you worry, post again next time using heavier weight.

Just my 2 cents. =)

Hi, bro, actually its just took me 4 months for this diet, i just share what is main about my diet, cause it will be very long, lol

Routine-pretty much standard, i hit 1 big muscle and 1 small muscle a day, and continue different part on the next day
Diet- this played a big part, and i maintain 5 meal a day means 3 main meals(Included proportional carbs and protein)protein is our main sources of building muscle, so i will maintain the adequate amount of daily protein intake , and 2 snacks, every week i will have a cheat meal for one day
-Stay motivated and consistency all the time

Oh geez. You make it sound like it's magic when it's just basic consistency and smart application.
