QUOTE(christ14 @ Jun 7 2015, 10:24 AM) Lol ok ok dont bash me. Just curious what he did. Im not going for looks. Im in for strength..hoping for more but the gains is so slow and little If you think this is me "bashing", you have no idea or you're too sensitive. No one is "bashing". I train for strength and am a powerlifter. Strength as aesthetics are not mutually exclusive. People THINK they're mutually exclusive. |

QUOTE(zeus2005 @ Jun 7 2015, 01:03 PM) To be honest, I really don't understand why people like to use "clean diet"... If you want clean diet, after you cook, wash it with water to make sure it is completely clean.Don't bash me... But I really saw a lot so called "bodybuilder wannabe" promoting food without salt, oil and MSG. |

QUOTE(zeus2005 @ Jun 7 2015, 07:54 PM) I learned that from internet. Which mean from what i understand, not those goreng goreng staff, junk food, oily, very sweet and salty. Ok. You can still eat MacD to lose fat. Avoiding fried food or junk food is a quick way to decrease calorie intake but not a good long term solution. They might lose a lot of weight in first few months and eventually stalled. Neway i dun follow any diet and just eat to my heart content but i make sure i do the workout according to schedule and sometime i even add more workout than my original routine. I'm not trying to be a douchebag that saying everything must be based on scientific reason. Everyone can have their own way to lose fat. But promoting "clean" diet isn't something proud. Restricting food choice caused a lot people to lose motivation half way. At least for my gf and she is happily eating whatever she likes while reaching her goal. |

Some progress shots.
Week 4 vs week 5 QUOTE(zeus2005 @ Jun 7 2015, 01:03 PM) Thank you. Why can't people get this simple concept is beyond me. QUOTE(-ccy- @ Jun 7 2015, 03:40 PM) To be honest, I really don't understand why people like to use "clean diet"... If you want clean diet, after you cook, wash it with water to make sure it is completely clean. Well said. I count clean diet as washing my plates and utensils. Don't bash me... But I really saw a lot so called "bodybuilder wannabe" promoting food without salt, oil and MSG. Before dinner buffet. 2 plates of biryani rice, 4 plates of white rice, 2 servings of roast potatoes, 1 fist sized portion of steamed fish, 2 pieces of sushi, 1 small serving of Thai green curry chicken, 1 small serving of curry beef, 1 small serving of lamb curry, 2 small plates of minced beef patties and 8-10 small scoops of Baskin Robbins ice cream with chocolate sprinkles on top, 3 gulap jamun, 2-3 marshmallows with lots chocolate sauce. The buffet had some bowls the size of measuring cups so I used that to track the rice amount. Slightly puffy but abs still there but if one is responsible for tracking calories even at a buffet, no problem. I don't give a shit about high salt. Lol. philip42 You still have the problem from the previous video as mentioned by bro ah_suknat QUOTE(ah_suknat @ May 31 2015, 11:54 AM) for long pants guy, you lock your knee joint too early, your knee joint and your hip joint should be locked at the same time, if you lock your knee too early, its almost as if you are doing stiff leg deadlift. Just to add on, bar need to be closer to the shin.take an a4 paper and fold it equally 3 parts, it shall looks like Z shape if look from the side, imagine the top part is your upper body, middle part is your thigh, lower part is your calve. now hold it vertically, pinch the top part and bottom part and pull it upwards, you will realize both the folded part( the joints) both locked at the same time. thats how your deadlift joint lock should be.you can see short pants guy for referrence his lock out time for both joint is correct |

From master race? Although some skinny in tank top really look funny, but who cares... Just wear what you want. They might laugh at you but just ignore them la...Anyway..darklight back makes me want the same. Any free weights exercise that hits them hard? Any type of row and some pull up. Concentrate on contraction instead of weight. Eat at surplus and give it time to grow. |

From master race? what the fark is a gym that you cant even wear singlet? ......Anyway..darklight back makes me want the same. Any free weights exercise that hits them hard? any free weight back exercise can hit your back, the problem with most people is that they use the wrong muscle, what happen is they unknowingly use their BICEP to pull MOST of the weight, be it pulling the weight up like barbell row, or pulling the waight down in lat pull down machine. the tips is to relax your arm, when performing the pulling action, try to pull the weight with your ELBOW tucking into your back. some free weight exercise are (weighted) pull up, (weigthed) chin up, barbell rows with overhand and underhand grip, T-bar/landmine row, barbell good morning, dumbbell one arm row. lat pull down machine is good |
