most of the project at cheras are under selangor, which include vina, casa green, WotP, dream city, one amerin and silk.

i am not sure about the address, many developer prefer to use KL, but pretty sure that the assessment is under sel.

my bro own a house at damai perdana, which is just directly next to CloudTree, under address of 56000 kl, but the assessment is under sel, and enjoy free 20m3 water from pakatan government.

i think i can find out who sold you the unit, already ask him or her to call you tomorrow to clarify the thing, and apologize to you if he or she gave you misleading info.

however, if you feel unsatisfied with it, we will fully refund to you and fire the sales person. we know that we are not perfect, but we try to make all purchaser happy.

no la.. not an issue so no nit to fire ur sales person. shes a nice n very patience explaning to me. if assessment is selangor then better still but not sure condo will enjoy the free water or not as the water bill normally paid by management.

Like my apartment in BSD, under MBPJ with KL address, but i still pay water charges to JMB.

still not sure yet I got my own house behind taming. an uphill landed property and a very "ong" house to me, house no 28 somore. since bought this house everything goes very smoothly. nice neighbourhood though its quite far deep inside but very nice environment. during windy can hear tree swinging sound birds chirping sound some real monkeys playing around and sometimes can see mist. so me n my wife still considering.

Selangor is better, free water if below certain usage and hopefully will hv free wifi like Penang soon... Haha. Sales seems not bad and think should sold out first two block by this month. Think by official launch, all 4 blocks will be taken out.

Hopefully the 3rd and 4th block will be sold out with 15% price increase

we tried 2 times but not success....too hazy and too windy (due to high hill).......... will keep trying

Haha, Thts a lot man. But for sure 3 n 4 block price is higher as these two blocks will hv their own pool. One thing I like this project is 3 swimming pool for 5 blocks..haha... I can swim freely without disturb by too many ppl...

Very common in Malaysia. Last year paid a booking for a single storey house in taman melawati (end up seller dont want to sell and willing to pay me double of booking), address is kl but under mpaj.

as long as assessment under mpkj then we r virtually under selangor lol.. balakong cheras is a very confusing area.even klinik 1msia nurse sometimes arguing their service location. .

border line....
like pandan area, the address can be cheras pandan, ampang pandan, kl pandan.
as long as the postcode is correct then is ok.
