no la.. not an issue so no nit to fire ur sales person. shes a nice n very patience explaning to me. if assessment is selangor then better still but not sure condo will enjoy the free water or not as the water bill normally paid by management.

QUOTE(BotNalang @ Jun 2 2013, 09:10 PM) still not sure yet I got my own house behind taming. an uphill landed property and a very "ong" house to me, house no 28 somore. since bought this house everything goes very smoothly. nice neighbourhood though its quite far deep inside but very nice environment. during windy can hear tree swinging sound birds chirping sound some real monkeys playing around and sometimes can see mist. so me n my wife still considering. but lets pray the new mrt will build at alam damai n bdr tun hussein onn |

QUOTE(tyshu @ Jun 3 2013, 06:34 PM) Hi sifu-sifu sekalian. I'm new here and definitely had been following this thread for some time. I can help u to answer on traffic.my advise to u dont take cheras if u work in pj. if u do. few options. Needed some advice, as I'm contemplating if I should get CT for own stay. These are some of my concerns: 1) Will be working in PJ area and how bad will the jam be? e.g. (CT > Jaya One during rush hour) 2) If the jam is bad, would Petalz be a better choice? 3) If Petalz's a better choice, what are the chances that the package comes with DIBS since most of Exsim's developments doesn't come with it. I hope that these questions are legit and some feedback from the experienced ones would be awesome. Thanks so much. 1. besraya to seputeh to federal to pj. seputeh will vomit blood. 2. alam damai to connaught to seputeh.. gg 3.connaught to loke yew to dh many more but all terrible jam unless u wake up early enuf or chg job maybe putrajaya even nicer |

guys..value added. though the main access abit sorry BUT theres a police pegawai penyiasat living among the double storey houses below CT..hehe..
and another niche market for CT.. my opinion.. since this condo got very high privacy features and maharaja banglows nearby.. I foresee alot richman will get 1 for their mistresses LOL!!! |

Are you sure the toilet RC floor with thickness from 75mm to 100mm (excluded tiling) can cater your load? |

QUOTE(brianccg @ Jun 7 2013, 02:58 PM) For me, Islamic loan is always my last choice. bro, any recommended good bank without lock in?You can google and study some tricks about Islamic loan (tht's why Islamic loan can give you free legal fees, 50% subsidy on stamp duty and free valuation fees for sub-sales). I will prefer to go for fully flexi or semi flexi. |
