Not sure yet. Let's see after completion. smile.gif Currently my parents are staying at one of this developer's previous project. We find their workmanship quite ok. The price is not cheap but also not at the highest end. Went to Vina showroom also to have a look. Compared to Vina, CloudTree is cheaper by around 50 or 60k on average but Vina has a lot more facilities (tennis court, aqua gym etc). They have the same maintenance fee 0.275 including sinking fund. Vina is on a flat land, CloudTree is on a hilltop with nothing blocking. Vina is KL, CloudTree is Selangor I think. Both have 2-key system of almost the same size. Vina's big unit is 3+1, CloudTree is 4+1. Both still have early bird discount of 8%.

Wow, so many facilities how come not listed on this thread 1st page? The SA also didnt show me all these facilities. I thought only got swimming pools, gym and lot's of gardens and tracks.
Oh both are Selangor? The Vina SA lied to me then hmmm....
