I wonder if there are people willing to pay more if the address is virtually in KL for first hand/subsales. Anyway, I managed to secure a unit in B1
few days ago. |

QUOTE(cacphy @ Jun 3 2013, 04:21 PM) Im 100% genuine. See my join date. I just diving so many years here. I just paid the booking fee. and the negotiater told me B1 still got KL view unit. Feel weird in here ppl said no more unit for B1 KL view. SA updated me this morning, only left with the unit on the TOP floor at B1 for TYPE A.This post has been edited by Jinenggan: Jun 3 2013, 04:33 PM |

QUOTE(pobox @ Jun 4 2013, 03:01 PM) Saw the floor plan. I have bad experience with the lifts which are manufactured and assembled by a local company called Exxa. Hopefully Zalam doesn't use their Lift. Not very ideal. But because of kiasu, I've signed the letter of intent. Now heading into cooling-off period. 1. The waste chamber is ridiculously close to the entrance of one of the unit (side by side!). And the rubbish valve is on the unit's side instead of the other side. Means you will probably hear the falling rubbish bags knocking your living room's wall. 2. Only two lifts for 29 floors. The waiting time could be very frustrating. 3. The B2 north view is actually Bukit Segar View. But you can peep the city view through the gap between the other two blocks. 4. The main access road is sadly a less than ideal case. Widen the road doesn't make it classy. |

QUOTE(brianccg @ Jun 28 2013, 12:19 PM) Be patient... I am also anxiously waiting. me and my friend book 1 unit each in mid floor , facing KL view. Actually got the floor plan already but its not confirm yet due to the AP not being obtained i guess. can check with SA.We are actually not book but reserved only. Without the AP, they cannot launch and advertise the project. The deposit we paid to legal firm as stake holder and we are signing offer to purchase (meaning we offer to developer to purchase the unit). Some hot selling project even have to wait for 1 year then only can sign SPA. As one of the purchaser, I m also anxiously to wait for official launch. |

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Jul 1 2013, 05:41 PM) B1B2 should be around 460-480psf before rebates. Bro , your pricing is a bit off the target..haha. let me share my unit, its around 490 psf before rebate.I think stop discussing pricings matter ady, if doubt of the pricing, do refer to their SAs or cancel the booking since its only 3000rm and rugi 500rm saje. |

QUOTE(joe_star @ Jul 3 2013, 09:08 PM) chulk any input on this? actually it is common in highrise as it needs a two stage pumping system whenever the condo is high. however, hope that the developer will install proper rubber bearings and insulation to cushion the vibration and noise. make the noise to the minimum. What exactly did the SA mention to you regarding this? To me it would be quite unprofessional to put a noisy pump that can be felt/heard next to units in a "luxury condominium" I'm hoping whatever this pump is would be small and unnoticeable. Really curious as I did book on 15th floor I booked the 13A (14th floor), no choice as all units with my choice of view hv been booked. This post has been edited by Jinenggan: Jul 3 2013, 10:49 PM |

QUOTE(Kvsual @ Jul 15 2013, 08:36 PM) 1: Central Valley with the slopes/Stairs back to Villa Home & clubhouse exit entrance. 2: Block A1 A2 Carpark entrance 3: Block A, you can see the green color next to balcony rite? wad u think? photos dont look bad actually. haha 4: Tennis Court on Block B and playground next to Floating Gym 5: somethin interesting. A Lift from Central Valley Park to 4-5th floor Clubhouse exit, entrance to facilities like Gym. Kinda convenient. So Block A residents dont need walk so much back to their homes.... |
