Im 100% genuine. See my join date. I just diving so many years here. I just paid the booking fee. and the negotiater told me B1 still got KL view unit. Feel weird in here ppl said no more unit for B1 KL view.

I'm not sure whether they are SOHO in Block C, but there are going to be around 250 units for that block.

Saw the floor plan.
Not very ideal. But because of kiasu, I've signed the letter of intent.
Now heading into cooling-off period.

1. The waste chamber is ridiculously close to the entrance of one of the unit (side by side!). And the rubbish valve is on the unit's side instead of the other side. Means you will probably hear the falling rubbish bags knocking your living room's wall.

2. Only two lifts for 29 floors. The waiting time could be very frustrating.

3. The B2 north view is actually Bukit Segar View. But you can peep the city view through the gap between the other two blocks.

4. The main access road is sadly a less than ideal case. Widen the road doesn't make it classy.

Be patient...

We are actually not book but reserved only.  Without the AP, they cannot launch and advertise the project. 

The deposit we paid to legal firm as stake holder and we are signing offer to purchase (meaning we offer to developer to purchase the unit).

Some hot selling project even have to wait for 1 year then only can sign SPA.  As one of the purchaser, I m also anxiously to wait for official launch.

11th floor is like 3-4 floors above car park.

The ultraman dude is saying A2 mid floor @ 64xK. 40 thousand cheaper than yours and higher.

B1B2 should be around 460-480psf before rebates.
I think stop discussing pricings matter ady, if doubt of the pricing, do refer to their SAs or cancel the booking since its only 3000rm and rugi 500rm saje.

As long i've booked my favourite block, facing direction and level unit will do. The price acceptable as compared to other projects around. 
Now waiting for scale model, sales unit, launching to decide my purchase... if not suitable,  jst cancel thats simple~

I remember Selangor residents will get to enjoy the first 20 cubic metres of water free from state government.

I heard there is water pump on 14th or 15th floor.
Anybody aware of it?

What exactly did the SA mention to you regarding this? To me it would be quite unprofessional to put a noisy pump that can be felt/heard next to units in a "luxury condominium" I'm hoping whatever this pump is would be small and unnoticeable.

3: Block A, you can see the green color next to balcony rite? wad u think? photos dont look bad actually. haha
4: Tennis Court on Block B and playground next to Floating Gym
5: somethin interesting. A Lift from Central Valley Park to 4-5th floor Clubhouse exit, entrance to facilities like Gym. Kinda convenient. So Block A residents dont need walk so much back to their homes....

Where is my Basketball Court? I don't see it around.
