Ceiling heights for CT is 10feets 6inches (withour plaster ceiling), should be 10feets after plaster ceiling.

Heard Fennel only 9feets. Seriously!!!?? I think it's just rumor.  But I do like their spacious masterbedroom. ..

Fyi, high floor block A are around 700k+++ too. Not much differ compared with lowest price of Fennel.

The CT is selling real fast.. I believe it's unique features are the reason why selling fast.
But I believe fennel is differ grade, facilties and facade design are grand..  but not to forget its maintenance fees 50cents.

First page of this thread already covered some details.  I cant help on the pricings. U have to contact JOY for the pricings on your interested facing view, floor unit etc. There are 1269 and 1550sf. 1550sf just got extra one studio room (dual key)  layout is similar to 1269sf.

Have to act fast seriously.......ask ur parent visit both roadshow.
But CT has no showroom yet, 2 bigger scale models wil be comin in 2 weeks time.
Jusco one is small unit, but looks very nice ady.
Ur parent might feel fennel a better choice since they ady have all info in brochures, scale model, fancy showroom...

It is all depends on what you want.  If you plan to move in once property completed, CT may not suit you as I foresee the road and infrastructure (include MRT2) will not up to satisfaction level by year 2018 at least.  More, if you are used to stay in Sentul area (which is more near to town) you may also find it difficult to adapt (for certain time period) due to convenience.

Most important is the affordability.  Lets assume you still lucky to get 1186sqft unit in Fennel which assume 650psf (770K), you will have to fork out RM55K as downpayment and legal fees, if you entitle for 90% loan.

If you parent really want to go Fennel, please go there as early as possible.

Depends on which road u taking. The easier is using silk highway.  Traffic will be worst if passing through alam damai. Hv your parent go to star hill now? Seems lot of ppl already q there.
