The "freebies" we are getting now are pretty standard. I can't see any early bird goodies..

Wondering those who has booked a unit had done there homework like visiting the site & familiarize with the location firstly I believe that area is surrounded by middle income ppl & notice quite a lot of foreigner as well imagine if the unit cost 500psf than 1000 sf size will cost 500k if u take a loan for 90% at current interest around 4.2% we need to pay installment for 2000 per month for 30 years term. Well I m not so optimistic about this area & the current rental rate may not be able to cover the installment so what are the opportunity in this investment which we don't see ?
