Maintenance fee reaching 300 bucks also. Last time everyone said Midfields maintenace fee is expensive, but now every developer matching it.

How come Block A use better material etc? I am wondering Block A need to walk quite a distance to facility?

Looking at the scale model, quite a distance for Block A resident go to Block B facilities such as gym?
