I have three questions directed to chulk

4. KL view, Lake view, Golf course view.
I understand that KL view is north, lake view to the west, where is the golf course?

14. Mr M-2 coming soon.
What is Mr M-2?

Can you help by providing the exact GPS coordinate so we can look it up where the site is? and even the direction of the blocks?

This would help the fence sitter here a lot.

1. http://wikimapia.org/#lang=en&lat=3.037792...ch=mines%20golf

2. pending, wait for Govt to announce

3. is hard to find the site due to mahajaya construction on going and difficult to identify the land. i suggest you call our marketing and they will bring you along. please visit our website www.cloudtree.com.my

1. Ok silly me, you are actually referring to the same golf course and the lake view. I thought it was something else. So it is facing west too? i thought it is north and south?

2. I think you are referring to MRT line 3 which is going south. MRT Line 2 is circle line going around the KL hotspot area only.

3. Since you can pin point it from point 1 via wikimapia, you can also do so for this construction site using wikimapia too. It would be good to know the block orientation.

If one were to make the dp for booking, to which legitimate organisation/legal firm would the cheque need to direct to? Just want to know that we are not dealing with bogus agent.

your cheque is issue to lawyer as state holder until the project official launch.  smile.gif

Is it ok to name the legal firm here? There are many agents out there and we want to be sure that we are dealing with the right one.

And the lawyer is the one who doing the SNP for my previous condo as well.

I trust Chester too as i have other a few dealings with them before. We have crazy ppl in internet who could be impersonating anyone. Just want to be sure since we are dealing outside of sales office.

I went through the proposed access.

How can the access land owned by private owner?
*
Interesting and very useful info. To date, we can't get anything from the agent and ppl related to the project. This one will do. (not sure why the hush hush).

Lot 1534 and 1535 is cloud tree. But what is at Lot 1533 (north view/klcc view) ? Still an open land for future uncertain development.

The abandon terrace house for south view/city view isn't ideal.

I believe only the left most block will ever catch the golf/lake.

looks very deep inside this project...
any risk it will be abandon or not ? especially those borrow 70% buyer..what if pay20%..then stuck the 20% thee.

Maybe not for zalam. They have a long history of track record. Main financier wouldn't risk allowing DIBS to this developer if profile is weak.

Have you been there bro?
The abandoned terraces actually built up to roof already, it is a complete structure. Look just like any normal terrace house.
I am not sure why it got abandoned when things are near completion. Agent said someone bought the terraces over, ain't sure it is true thou.
*
No lar, been there virtually. I am a satellite warrior. wink.gif . Yes i can see the roof. Abandoned building invite unwanted "tenants".

I wonder how many here are buying for own stay or investment. Is it safe to say that most of the B2 balakong view snapped for investment, while those B1 North view are for own stay?

I booked B2 Balakong view.  Purpose is for rental and later for retirement purpose.

I prefer near main entrance so I choose B2 facing balakong.

Dont really into KLCC as too far to view..haha
*
"KLCC view" is just the perceived name for the direction it is facing (i rather call it North view). You can only see two small toothpick from CloudTree i believe. However the view of a cluster of high rise building around KL would be nice.

They always like to use this sentence "13) Unblocked view of KLCC & Golf course"

But every time i look at this 10 degree slope road, im not sure my old car can climb or not.
*
Where can "unblocked view of golf course"... for block B1, golf course is on way on the left. Blocked by Block A1 instead lol. Unless that sentence is meant for Block A1 which is like 60k more expensive floor to floor comparison (and not "officially" open for booking, even though also partially sapu-ed internally by Chulk and kawan-kawan)

As for KLCC, if you use google earth and see the horizon, you'll probably see a small hill in front that could be blocking one of the klcc toothpick or partially. (Unless i am using a wrong altitude for viewing). It is as if a long "banjaran" is in front of B1.

As for the sales speed, i kept bugging the SA to show me the central booking status from time to time. Seems to be mostly "red" (cheque submitted). B1 especially hitting to top floor is possibly true. However, there quite a few units booked internally by the developer or friends. It appears random enough, else we would have thought they will be releasing them later.

Ya lor .. very misleading. I drove to the site before is quite... hmm.gif  hmm.gif  hmm.gif  hmm.gif

Haha.. actually the only reason I bought this property is low density and pet friendly..haha
*
600+ units....for the same condo isn't really that "low density" , but if you count by per acre, then yes.

Don't forget of a last block C on the right which is supposed to be 32 floors..and the number of units isn't even counted here yet. Then it will tip the scale on your "low density" term. For all you know, they are all SOHO pigeon holes smile.gif

I block is 90 plus unit with 4 units per floor.

Land per acre is less...

3 swimming pool instead of 1 (A1 and A2 share 1, B1 and B2 share 1, C have their own pool).

This is consider low density for me already. tongue.gif
*
Your pet must be a swimmer? wink.gif just kidding. Wonder what the block C would be....kinda hush hush on their plan.
