if everything also havent confirm y so fast release it for sales?  - even without a proper showroom, model and in depth further details?

shouldn't you guys wait for the advertising/marketing license to be approved then only u guys market it?
*
Opportunities wait for no ones. For some who choose to wait, they can visit the showroom after official launch.

And asked themselves why 95% sold out???

Top floor is also the hottest, and probably low water pressure too.

Hottest due to direct sunlight... And guess that is why it's higher ceiling u can build a nice and cool plaster ceiling.

But relatively hotter only as compared to lower floor and not necessary really hot.

Points taken.

True on the water pressure, but for the heat, I think it should be the other way round. The further away you are from the ground, the cooler it is. Although it might be nearer from the sun, the truth is, heat is reflected off the earth, and thus, the nearer you are, the hotter. Higher up would be colder. This is the reason why places like Genting Highlands is cold and chilly. Also, the heat from the car park levels is quite bad too, the units just above will really feel the impact.

Probably the heat come from too close to the roof.
