True on the water pressure, but for the heat, I think it should be the other way round. The further away you are from the ground, the cooler it is. Although it might be nearer from the sun, the truth is, heat is reflected off the earth, and thus, the nearer you are, the hotter. Higher up would be colder. This is the reason why places like Genting Highlands is cold and chilly. Also, the heat from the car park levels is quite bad too, the units just above will really feel the impact.
