Kiara Residence 1 (KR1) and Kiara Residence 2 (KR2), both next to each other at Bkt OUG / Bkt Jalil.

Dev is Kiara Resources Properties Sdn Bhd ( new developer but quite good as main contractor and architect, Sime Brunsfield's projects, Scott Garden and etc ) and JV with Knox Halim Group ( a professional consultant / management for developers esp new )

The dev sold out the KR1 internally in 2011 and sold almost entire of the KR2 since 2012 by marketing the whole project or condo unit using ceramic tiles, but now KR1 ( almost completed ) was upgraded quietly and already using 2x2 porcelain tiles for living hall and all bedrooms and declared will do so for KR2 and some more with better quality.

Yes, lawyer said APDL obtained since end of last week. SnP signing beginning soon.

Btw, my lawyer is Khairin-Nisa. Will arrange signing on this coming Sunday at new club house there. Double confirm on the phone with lawyer it is not "pre SnP", instead he told me it is the "real" wan... blush.gif

No hurry. Never worry for unable to buy good product.

I missed a lot of booking among first batch and cancelled it due to some reason. I never regret although the appreciation is there.

It's tough to compare directly btw MR2 vs Anggun 3 since Anggun 3 only come out the simple master plan but not full info and pricing, where, the actual location is slightly different compare to Anggun 1 and 2 and a lot people keep saying it is Gated & Guarded and buy 1 or 2 or 3 or 5 units for yee mah gu jeh, but they seems unsure about the Gated & Guarded is sharing basis or not, with the other phases of 3 storey and semi-ds, which SA told me not confirm yet. Thats why I deem RM 608k for a 22x70 is not cheap, but good price for own stay due to rare product.

I tell you wat... last month"Geraldine Yeoh" called for sign S&P, i ask him is pre-sign or not.. he say is 'real', and saying obtained 'ADPL'

WTF...

So many versions of rumours flying around?
Stay calm and wait for the official letter from legal firm, they suppose to issue us an official letter with a final date given to sign, or else the booking deem cancelled. Just wait for the officialletter
