Very long. They need to advertise it in malay papers for few times and appeal to to government to release the units bulk by bulk.

Or, easier way is to pay a penalty for each unit ( approx RM 10-25k ) and put the cost into the S&P price to bear by purchasers.

Btw, any idea what is the bumi quota percentage for MR2?

Any discount to the RM508 price? Are the layout, finishing, etc. same as the first phase?
