wouldn't that be too many units for bumiputra? assuming no bumi buying, how long will they wait before releasing to non bumi?

Very long. They need to advertise it in malay papers for few times and appeal to to government to release the units bulk by bulk.

Or, easier way is to pay a penalty for each unit ( approx RM 10-25k ) and put the cost into the S&P price to bear by purchasers.

Btw, any idea what is the bumi quota percentage for MR2?

that for the clarification.. so all pages in your S&P are filled with contents? no blank page?

What do you mean by blank pages? The S&P that I signed has overall layout, house layouts & details.
