Should be 4 years from spa, so 2017, if we sign spa this year

The estimated completion date for M2 is Sept 2016 as what SA told me, i dont think it can takes 4 years to complete, developer kena pay penalty leh, correct me if i am wrong.

I notice the only diff of both clubhouses would be, MR2's one is next to the recreational park with walking distance to the lake, which is going to beautify as landscape.

It wont be 4 years, which is too long. 3 years is more than enough although the total units are 456 units and including clubhouse + other recreational landscapes. 2 years is too tough based on number of units, although it is do-able and rush-able but to include the facilities of clubhouse and recreational parks which is going to complete upon handover, I doubt so.

We only can predict the smaller range estimate time once > 70% of the 456 units signed the 36 months S&P or when the site begins for clearing and earthworks or piling works.

As long as the site is still a forest, we needs to ponder for longer time.

Based on the latest sales update from MR2 fb group, left only 17 units for existing opening.
After that will be new row already
