I hope is rumors but I have check with SA and confirm is RM280 instead of RM180. Have you guys check with your SA?

If not mistaken the RM280 are for the maintenance fee & club membership...

MR1 (F&G) is RM190
I think MR2 (G&G) cannot be lower than MR1.
MR2 facilities is under residences responsibility but not for MR1, still under MPS.

190 = 100 for club house 90 for maintenance?

How about those 18x70? Same rate as superlink?

Then it is difference if included club membership fee.

Just found out some news that, for MR2' s Phase 1 ( Alpine ), the facilities included would be the natural lake which MS would beautify it with recreational park, jogging and walking track, very good landscape, lights as well as parking.

It would be also part of wetlands along the lake, so the cluster semi-d and semi-d ( nearest units to the lake ) would be at very premium if MS really able make the natural lakes very beautiful and decent landscape.

The club house, which next to the shoplots and near to the lake, would be elegant type and was told, it comes with more glasses and with pool. It also comes with playground and park or BBQ pit for house owners gathering.

Meanwhile, for the park which separated the A1` and A2, it is also a walk, jog and cycle park with greenery.

Hope this news can boosted a bit.

However, my concern is not the maintenance fee is how much, but the expected completion due to my personal issue and and other issue.

Phase 1 18 x 70 and Phase 2 and 3, 22 x 80 also same RM 190?

Wahh, then F&G also so expensive ah, esp Phase 1's price tag.

Booked A2 yesterday..my SA told me..maintenance fee is at RM280

I actually sign the S&P already, but it did not state in the S&P yet. Then I call the sales agent to confirm, he told me is already raised to 280 and this was decided by mahsing management.

So no choice la, but the first year confirmed still will waive one year la... after 4 years only pay... 100 that time also dunno can buy what else already.

Anyway, I ok to pay 280 but must guarantee the security is good and secure la...if not definitely go screw them gao gao!!

RM280/month is a bit on the high side but I guess if M1 is charging RM190/month, then M2 at RM280/month might make sense.........

I agree with "Siewmai" that if the money is spend properly, I'm okay with it....

However, I think most of us not happy because we were told it was RM180/month when we placed the booking and what stop them from increasing it to RM380/month, RM 480/month etc ..... later....

I believe the SA simply say out rm280 pm to get the public response. I asked them to show me black and white like internal memo, the SA said the management hasn't finalised yet.

if the SNP has been finalised, roughly when will we get to see the DMC?

Btw, did you sign the DMC as well?

I did went to their lawyer firm and sign the DMC and SNP.

However, the details for this maintenance fees havent fill up on the DMC yet. But there is some detail schedules for the percentage and cost there.

Lawyer said this is pre-sign so when everything else is ready, the pre-sign will be first batch going into process so it will be smoother for them to do the processing work. Since I have made up my mind to stay there so I just sign and pay the remaining portion of the money la....

Actually 280 is somehow 80% confirm already, the SA agent told me. If you guys wana lower the price maybe can try talk to their management la... If not, after 2 years once they started to form new JMC then join in and decide again la.

To me honestly, rm100 increase in 4 years time is acceptable due to the inflation now. I rather they use the money to pay the guard standard and proper salary so they work well and secure the place, rather than they underpay the guard and the guard tend to slack in their jobs or plan some house breaking with outsider. LOL!!

Anyway, who knew how it become after 4th year. Have a little faith, guys!!

well, what happended before can happend again... just 2 mths ago...they said 180... now 280....

what's make you all think they won't raise to 380 another 2 mths?? simply say also got ppl willing to pay... haha... easy money for them.

We don't hv to create unnecessary fear over the forum, RM280, RM380, RM480 pm and so forth,
I only trust official annoucement and black and white.
