I bought their Perdana Residence 2, Vped for almost a year, and the monthly maintenance fee is still RM180.

I never go MR2 sales gallery again since the day I booked it.

So, which buyer was told by the SA that the maintenance fee is RM 280 per month?

Assuming the maintenance fee is RM280pm, i.e. RM100 per month more than what u expected, it would be then decide by the JMB to decide if the RM280 is too much? and can based on majority votes to bring down the cost when necessary.

I believe the absolute price of MR2, is more significant than the maintenance fee when deciding whether to buy,
what if u can get RM180 pm maintenance fee somewhere else but the selling price is 20% higher? What is your call then?

Total unit is 1,153
If maintenance fee is RM180 averagely = RM 207,540 per month (RM2,490,480 per year)
If maintenance fee is RM280 averagely = RM 322,840 per month (RM3,874,080 per year)

Actually is the expenses of the maintainence fee can be transparent? If the amount is justify, I think we are all willing to pay. Otherwise it will be ripped off by management. I don't blame SA but the developer. Everywhere is advertise at RM180 per month and now the developer just simply increase without additional information.

What can we do?

Alright....
usually the maintenance fee will be listed in the Deed of mutual covenance. When one pre-sign SPA, DMC would be signed together.

Btw who mentioned 280 per month? I only believe on black n white like dmc, spa n advertisement.

Say is cheap .. spreading news without fact is speculating

So far even info posted on iprop that Rachel xxx shared mentioned is 180.

Other than that I haven't seen any other value ...

Seems not many ppl noe the stratified monthly maintenance fee shall stated into the DMC instead of S&P.

By spreading the RM280/ pm rumour, some worried and wanna cancel the booking, try to think from other side of the coin,
who is beneficial fro this? The competitors I guess.
