Wonder how many of you are currently staying MR1 or MR2 or Rawang, simply make statement without a single truth.. Road widening stopped? haha..

Rawang landed launched at 400k 4yrs back considered cheap..thats before the crazy influx of affordable housing run.....after few yeara and all more affordable products available to choose...many may like to be closer to city than looking for landed in the place like semonyet and rawang.

MR2 has two types of 'SMDs'.
the 1st one is LSMD. the next one is true blue SMD. I cant remember which type is valued at 750k. If its the SMD, I think the value will stand. BUT my glut feeling is LSMD that is sold at 750k. |
