that area really ulu.....Semenyih is way better than here...the transaction price is showing the fact...

Many rawang lang cabut keluar....wondering y still got people buy?

couple years ago, Rawang was a good place to buy properties as there was AEON, Anggun properties, Mah Sing, Lowyat Porperties, a lot new properties are coming up and upgrading infrastructure were in good progress in Rawang, seems promising by Gov.
But road widening or any infra were extremely slow progress, seems like has stopped last year.
This is one of the reason i m stopping buy any in Rawang.

well even gov dont want to set up any gov related operation over there.... be it hospital or uni or gov-related buildings... how are they feel the urge to improve the infra at rawang when nothing really benefited them there.... whether residents can easily going in and out of the township or not is not their matter.... laugh.gif laugh.gif

Wonder how many of you are currently staying MR1 or MR2 or Rawang, simply make statement without a single truth.. Road widening stopped? haha..

Google and see where are JPN, KWSP, LHDN, PTPTN in Rawan, where is KPJ hospital.

so has the road conditions from MR2, MR1 to the main town area has improved alot? the jam to exit rawang from AEON there has significantly reduced during peak hours and weekend? since u are staying there, you can shed more lights on the condition here instead of letting us assume... the road conditions nearby KPJ hospital has significantly improved since its private healthcare, not really a GLC?

JPN,KWSP,LHDN,and PTPTN branch at there doesnt require any improvement focus to the infra though.... alot of tamans at klang valley have these branches though... and the accessibility in those taman still a mess...

Rawang landed launched at 400k 4yrs back considered cheap..thats before the crazy influx of affordable housing run.....after few yeara and all more affordable products available to choose...many may like to be closer to city than looking for landed in the place like semonyet and rawang.

MR2 has two types of 'SMDs'.

the 1st one is LSMD.
the next one is true blue SMD.

I cant remember which type is valued at 750k. If its the SMD, I think the value will stand. BUT my glut feeling is LSMD that is sold at 750k.

Last week, I saw somewhere the newly launch LSMD is RM 870k. Rebate 9%, and if you add RM 42k, you can get ID worth of RM 150k.

not everyone wanna stay in rawang ma.... KL KL KL is very important than type of property in alot of cases... laugh.gif laugh.gif

Staying there for almost two months. I dont feel any inconvenience to go pj and kl. Not really that far lar.

But finding good place for food is really headache.
