Was thinking no need to install any window grills...now really hv to budget in already.

Went to my unit to take pictures of defects. To my surprise, two of my toilets were used, and unflushed. And found leftover of burnt eggs crate on the sink tiles of the toilet in the master bedroom. Locked all doors already previously when I last visited my unit and yet this happened. Pretty much think it's done by one of the workers there

how can they intruder inside? where is guards?
this is terrible..

normal at this stage when defect works are on going for many units.

Not really.. based on my experience with others property very rare happened.

I think the owner did not closed firmly on toilet windows

I think the culprits are either the developer's worker for the defect work or the contractors' workers for those unit undergoing renovation.

I went there last week. I saw my unit car porch area got cigarette box. Backyard of my house got left over food in a plastic bag but already rotten and full of maggots. It's either these people hanging in your unit or they simply threw the rubbish everywhere. Same goes to my brother's unit, backyard got water bottle and the car porch area water tap opened and water flowed non stop.

I queried the guards but they keep saying tak tau.

thats very common guys....defect work period. ur key with developer...surely all these ll happen especially defect workers everywhere..chills guy. every projs i have gone through...were same. most importantly dont keep any valuable things till u finish ur defect n install ur grille n put on ur own locks etc.

Gated guarded also can happen?

What has house without grille got to do w people entered thru toilet window?

my personal advice is

if you intend to move in this year.......adviseable.

if you intend to move in next year or later......really dun need...especially if your house is not on the border.

these days thieves are pretty smart and innovative....few grills seriously wont deter them.
