Called them just now and they said that the VP for birch is this october. Damn that's really fast

Hi guys, sorry for asking these noob questions, but after reading the replies here, I'm wondering on these:
1) Is the LAD claim only applicable for Alpine buyers or is it applicable for Birch buyers as well?
2) What's the eligibility for LAD claim?

Took my keys yesterday and did a lil bit of inspection. Quite a few defects here and there. Will do full inspection this sunday maybe

Just some of the things i roughly checked while they were going through on the checklist with me before passing the keys.

Warranty period for defects is 2 years, and they'll give a softcopy of the defect notification form in a pendrive.

I was told that tnb informed them that electricity will be in before christmas. And unifi cable is ready, just that tm will only provide unifi once at least 30 people signs up. For the time being, only streamyx is available.

Went to my unit to take pictures of defects. To my surprise, two of my toilets were used, and unflushed. And found leftover of burnt eggs crate on the sink tiles of the toilet in the master bedroom. Locked all doors already previously when I last visited my unit and yet this happened. Pretty much think it's done by one of the workers there

Went to take a look at my house yesterday after more than 6 months. Quite happy that no more new defects found with only 1 more month left on the warranty period. But not happy with the management for closing my water bill complain in January without paying it. I was charged with RM200 on my water bill without me living there. Contractors must have been using my house while working there. No leakages found, but each time I go there I'll see human stains on the jamban

Always locked each time before I leave, and all knobs remain locked each time I come. I guess they came in through the pintu dapur. The knob given looks very easy to knock open like the type that will open if you knock it with a shoe. Gotta replace that soon lah haih

Problem is, that RM200 plus was the usage charge for one particular month. Not the min monthly charge only. If it's not the usage charge, the management office wouldn't accept my complain my friend

Sorry my bad didn't clarify properly that the charge was for a particular month, and not the compounded min monthly charge. Didn't read back my thread reply before posting. Maafkan saya tuan2 sekalian

An end lot owner here, and I’m planning to sell off my unit as my family has scrapped the initial plan of moving there and I’ve bought another house recently. Gonna be difficult for me if I don’t sell off my M Residence 2 house.

Strata title unfortunately is not done yet until now. Last update we got from Mah Sing in September was that they can finally submit the ownership transfer after so long of delay for the TNB substation ownership from Mah Sing to TNB. It’s too slow it’s beyond disappointing that the owners have to keep on following up every now and then.
