I believe no projects would br perfect quality. It is matter of how fast the developer will react and rectify the defects

bathrooms in 2nd floor, the water pressure quite low, was told it's normal although i already put it in defect form they wont help to fix it....how about u guys?

keep complaint the defects to developer. DLP is 2 years wor

or you can give notice to developer to appoint own contractor..bills will send to developer..lel

they fast2 will repair and make sure not occur again

Not sure, did not go in this past few weeks. But for sure TNB is working on it few weeks back.

not a defect, you have to install a water pump. That was what i did.











additionally, for anyone who is curious about when will there be any internet connection, this afternoon, i saw a unifi agent's tent setup at the MR2 entrance. He said sometime after Raya.
Let's hope it will be soon.

guys, I would like to ask, how is the security & safety over there at night time?
I went to MR2 during night time some days ago.
It seems like very quiet and feels scary although there are guards at a few places

Ulu place. Can't expect much for the security/safety especially first few year with low occupied rate.
