May I know can we use 4g, or at least 3g at m residence 2 area? I heard thr no data at all. Any idea?

I am having good signal with Maxis 4G.
No idea with DiGi/celcom.

I had checked previous post, they got mention the fiber optic cable are ready.
but Unifi will start working on it if have at least 30 ppl sign up the unifi plan~

Not sure above info accurate or not. Coz even MR 1 now still do not have fiber connection. I believe MR1 have more than 30 subscribers.

U can pre book mah.. But i doubt tm will invest with merely 30 subscribers

Sounds about right where developer should arrange for the lines for faster unifi access.

Just have to make sure people get their keys and group apply for unifi. Thats where the community needs to come together.

Just received letter from mahsing on key collection, alpine unit.
Just realized that so much fees to be settled before key collection.

wonder how much the fees incured?

1, Insurance + Quit Rent + Assessment = 148.74
2, Connection Fees = 42.2
3, Service Charge (16/Dec/17 - 15/Apr/18) + Sinking Fund = 598.40

I am not sure what is the insurance about.
And for the service charge, we have to pay one year ahead??
No update on the delay compensation at all.

Can cover with LAD.

Do you have any idea roughly by when can we get the LAD payment?

I did called up today and ask how much the LAD will be for my units. The lady from the management will be able to answer you.
