1. Air bertakung in one of the toilets
2. Steel frame of the master bedroom window kemek
3. Loose water taps in almost all toilets
4. One pipe karat already

Just some of the things i roughly checked while they were going through on the checklist with me before passing the keys.

Warranty period for defects is 2 years, and they'll give a softcopy of the defect notification form in a pendrive.

I was told that tnb informed them that electricity will be in before christmas. And unifi cable is ready, just that tm will only provide unifi once at least 30 people signs up. For the time being, only streamyx is available.

Hi all, just took my key for Birch on 17th Nov but was being told that the electricity will be ready within a week. Until today, we have been updated the electricity will only be ready till further notice.

Any experience buyer can share your thought?
any possibility to make any penalty claim through this delay?

Thanks!

House can be passed to owner under this circumstance? blink.gif
I am buyer of Alpine unit. Up until now still haven't get my house yet. And I heard it is due to electricity issue as well.

Yalor, the meter is yet on till we went there yesterday.
Better for u not to accept the key if it still pending.

When developer obtained ccc and hence vp...and send u notice...it doesnt matter if you want to collect the key or not....the key deemed collected.

Its not the responsibility of developer to ensure water electricity and telecomminication lines are all ready when vp...bcos these services are beyond their management n control as long as the house is connected ready.

Units without readiness of water and electricity shall not be issued with VP. This is mentioned in the S&P clearly. So, simply do not sign any of the handover form by mahsing and claim the LAD.

Connection doesn't mean supply is ready to use. It means our unit is ready to be connected to external sources which are beyond developer control

Eventually Maxis use Unifi backbone, so no unifi means no maxis fiber too.
