QUOTE(Yveatel @ Mar 23 2014, 09:24 PM) As in the plan. it should be public. I did not see any fencing in master plan. As far I know, the Lotus Lake is not so NICE now. It just abandon lake, not like the one so nice as drawn in brochure. Probably they will rebuilt the area after this. Parked along Jalan Tasik Puteri and found the Lotus lake. No wonder it is name so...wow nice. Lots of birds. It just behind the entrance to MR2 (sand road), many lorry in and out to the site, if not mistaken, there is big advertisement board that promotes Caspia. There was a stall at the entrance to the construction site but the Malay man there didn't seem like in a good mood to talk. Just wanted to know how to get tot the lake and where does the water in the lake come from. Any Rawang person knows? |

QUOTE(Yveatel @ Mar 25 2014, 11:12 PM) I am not from Rawang, but as I know the Lotus Lake considered as Natural Lake. And it is the same definition in Law that prohibit Developer to use the lake for development (unlike Kampar). Only man-made lake can be reclaim to be build on top of it, since developer does not fully use this lake for buidlings, my guess is the lake's water comes from nearby hills which acts as reservoir (do not know what they call in English, but Malay is Tadahan Air). Was wondering how they were going to get permit to develop that area.Of course, we are in Bolehland. Reserved Forest also can be open up for development, and natural lake also BOLEH. Mah Sing need to have cables to pull if they want to do that lake. Lets see. |

QUOTE(cheahcw2003 @ Apr 16 2014, 11:14 AM) Price is correlated to distance to town. If u want next to Jusco or Rawang Old Town, be prepared to pay more. I ask because its rather far in, and M2 housing plots are small and not that cheap as compared to kota kemuning, semenyih and kajang. As simple as that Anyone knows if the place have Unifi and broadband? Is electric and water supply stable in that area? |

QUOTE(veron4best @ Apr 16 2014, 12:35 PM) Is about 3-5min from the AEON Anggun. Rawang doesn't have Unifi? what the....!!! Silly question, but is Rawang in opposition seat? But it would be a diversion of traffic when the BTP exit for LATAR is build. AFAIK, no unifi is available for whole Rawang. Bt broadband is available. For MR1, nt sure whether broadband is ready yet. U may refer to SA at MR1 which is VP soon. What is BTP exit? This post has been edited by tboxmy: Apr 16 2014, 12:41 PM |

QUOTE(ST LEE @ May 27 2014, 01:06 PM) I have a question regarding the SPA for MR2. Under Second Schedule 'Common Facilities and Services', why does it NOT indicate Clubhouse, Gym, Community Hall and Swimming pool/wading pool, also playground?? SPA only lists a landscape park, guard house and perimeter fencing. My concern is that if not outlined in the SPA that it is not binding. Does anyone of you have got a clarification from Mah Sing? You should get correct info from developer or the Jabatan perumahan. Better gather a group to look into this. Generally, common facilities are the roads leading to house, the patches of land (with grass hopefully), park and whats mentioned in the SPA. Questionable if the clubhouse and swimming pool belong to the residence's JMB once they take over if its not in your SPA. All the best. |

QUOTE(hooi_jd @ Sep 10 2014, 09:09 AM) I heard KTM improved alot after changed new train. I plan to ride motor to station... just ride on the long jalan batu arang.. I drove to the KTM station there but can hardly find any place for car park and its congested with taxis. Maybe just my timing, but I didn't go down that place that often. Any Rawang locals care to share?Unless i got an hybrid car can driving up & down to work is no problem already Really hope news in papers that KTM might be like MAS is not true. Just imagine if they upgraded the KTM area with better parking facilities, wouldn't that be great? Can take a bike and park at the station knowing the bike will be there when we get back. |
