hi....i just install this astro iptv but have picture problem....all the channel i watch got this kind of problem and the technician said to me this kind of problem is temprorary base due to im a new customer and thier server need time to stable my connection.....so my question is if they still not able to serve customer whey they sell this f***ing iptv....i totally not satisfied with this and i dont recommend anybody to subscribe this service......pls astro look into this problem and pls send a qualified techician.....not tech only know how to talk cock but never know whats is happening.....here is example of my channel i attach .

Desperate to terminate it after 4 month of usage on this 148 package, really cant tahan they throttle the torrent speed all day long now.. (before that the throttling was only start after 8pm, but since I make a complaint & show them my download speed on utorrent, they just fu*ked up my speed even worst, how stupid am I..), what use of 10mbps if cant download?? Really regret to subscribe, do u guys stastify with the service so far? Am I the only one sufferer? Reaally think about to pay the 500RM penalty fee instead of remaning contract monthly fees..

my friend in Maxis told me that, if you are avid online game, Maxis fiber is not the one for you,

but if are just into browsing and surfing and little bit in downloading legal stuff. maxis fiber is ok.

I am very confused.I requested for FIXED IP and was assigned XXXXX@public.maxis.com.my and everything was setup up properly including maxis side and my router.Also 192.168.1.254 to TG799vn router showed what I expect.
Recently I found after every 48 hours the IP changes as shown in e-internet settings in router.Is this normal?Is this so called fixed IP (or is this dynamic?).Something like 121.121.107.XYZ where XYZ always changes every 48 hours or on DISCONNECT at e-internet settings???

It's not fixed IP but it's PUBLIC or PRIVATE IP. The IP will change even when on PUBLIC.

It's PUBLIC IP.. Fixed IP only available for business package. use dynamic dns service as alternative.
