May i know which unit u staying at block A 18th floor facing highway? Front or back or middle? I have few units at Block A 18th floor as well, but all middle u its and pool view. So far i have no complaint from tenants. I been there few times at night, around 11 plus also never heard anything.
But i do hope that the shoplot down there really lower down their noise level.

My friend has a 1800sqft unit with L shaped balcony at SG. So he says. Real tough time selling. He might throw below market pricing to beat competition. I can't imagine living amidst office units.

use it as Office (own occupied/rent out), soho definitely not comfortable for living particularly family living (1,800sqft)

i would say if scott soho still maintain as what it is a year later, this will be a bad reference for those who had bought other developments along OKR.

is the soho charging commercial or residential rates for its utilities?

Probably end up converting its units to hourly rate motel for the pubs and china dolls below..

few pages back, we already have discussed this. oversupply of highrise in OKR. Safest bet = buy landed prop and go to sleep. It still appreciates depending on location. Petalz, benteng8, avantas, etc etc good luck as OKR are flooded with highrise. High chances they suffer the same fate like SG. 1 year ++ has passed for SG, still below occupancy rate. While I think Verve buyer is slightly different as they are one level above, i dont think they mind if their investment go fly kite.

rental from 1.5k to 1.4k and going down if owner desperate for rent. I think even 1.4k, rental still can go down. Else situation continue, owner will continue pay his maintenance fee... burn RM150-200 for nothing. I rather eat kfc with this money bukan?
