Looking at the post up there and also from the feedbacks I've been gathering, this place is very "la la" and has lots of tu kaus. No wonder there are so many units there for rent on property websites, but no demand. Even at 1k, it's not worth it.

If this scott soho doesn't represent a good investment for a new niche property along OKR, can i say that for the other new launch will follow to the same direction. Nice concept, good amenities but location are not as good as investor anticipate.

How will they react from those who have bought Petalz, verve and others which are more expensive than scott soho.

Hehe, mainly referring to Chinese people that are quite rowdy, gangster-like-but-not-yet-there, usually those who are more obnoxious and less proper, identified by the way the dress and talk, etc. I hope no one's offended with my comments cuz I'm just saying what I heard.

For the same amount of rental or less, I would prefer to go for Empire Damansara area where they have decent fully furnished SOHOs available with better environment (yet to see it for myself, but reviews are good so far).

If really need to go toilet there are so many petrol stations along OKR.. no need to double-park and block other ppl's car.

I have no sympathy for selfish ppl who double-park. Inside got building parking, but maybe too lazy or kiamsiap to pay. Whatever the reason, no need to pity them. The truck driver also melampau. That fella also seems to forget he himself parked illegally on the roadside. What if someone bang into his car? Does he deserve it as much as the person who double-parked behind him?

In conclusion, both cars' drivers are uncivillized people.

That's hard to believe, ultra ridiculous if I might say. This incident took place way past midnight as I was there till 11pm+ and nothing happened up until the moment I left. For a start, what the heck is a pregnant lady wandering outside on a Saturday night? Clubbing? Secondly, there are lots of parking underground at that hour, better off parking inside then park outside and talking such a long walk.

I've seen the video a few times and although I agree both parties are at fault, I will side the person in the 4WD more. What he has done is certainly wrong, but I feel it's equally important that he teaches the MyVi driver a good lesson of not to double park and disappear into thin air.

+1. I also highly doubt a pregnant lady will be up running at this hour. There's also plenty of parking inside carpark so no excuse for such action. I have seen traffic police actively "distributing" summons on several occasion while drinking outside Afterwerk, maybe the penalty is too low to keep these people away. laugh.gif

Guys here never pregnant before so i can understand they dun understand the word "emergency" looking for toilet in the case of a pregnant lady who might just heading back home from after visiting her mom at taman nearby, whatever her reason to passby scott garden is not our business here anyway lol... some guys suggested a pregnant lady to park at the basement carpark during midnite hours?? since when our midnite security level as good as singapore de? wanna get robbed n killed izzit? I rather double parked lol...

pls look at it from a pregnant lady viewpoint n the word 'emergency'... some petrol station nearby the toilet r locked during midnite hours...so if u r pregnant n can't wait, would u try scott garden or petrol station?

If really emergency, and know that you won't be going back to your car anytime soon since 'busy' in the toilet, then might as well just drive up to the valet parking, step out of the car and go straight to the toilet. Even nearer and don't need to park the car.

Double parking another car when you can attend to it is like placing a placard at your back, saying "Please kick me".

Relax relax, i jus heard the story fr some1 who was there that night, jus to share.. biggrin.gif actually all depends on how emergency was her emergency case lol, maybe too emergency to really look around for jockey or leave a name card on the windshield, maybe she didn't bring her name card out during her maternity leave, well many possibilities biggrin.gif or maybe she's not alone, her friend might assist her to the toilet?

On the other hand, the 4WD truck might have a pregnant lady in the truck that time too and they were rushing to the hospital lol, so must desperately push the myvi to the middle of highway!

From observers point of views, the possibilities r endless...

Actually to end all this illegal park/double park, could have built a huge permanent concrete barrier on the free space there? scott garden bars would look nicer n not so 'messy' laugh.gif
