I can't find a thread on Scott Garden.
From my home, I have the view of the SOHOs at night. It seems very, very dark. Has the SOHO completed and VP? How is it doing at the moment? |

I believe it's still not handover yet. Pretty nice. Suitable for youngsters or yuppies considering the amount of entertainment outlets downstairs. Moreover, BKP is gonna launch the refurbished condo next door for close to 1k psf. But density may be an issue. Just m2c

How much is the asking rent for 700sf units? I can get RM1500 inside Taman Desa itself.
