Scott garden is the only mixed development at the whole old klang road...on the main road.

SG owners just collected key in mid april, a lot still not yet collect key, still defect checking stage. New property is common for the first six month without much occupancy.

The two sides high class jockey parking BKT causing problem lah. The jockeys always come out to stop car. Those SG owners or visitors normally park in.

Yes, traffic got worst after SG in operation..... But what we referring here is those illegal road side parking, who are those ppl and where they go?
The reason before SG in operation is simply because there is more space for ppl to park illegally.... Now in front of SG those who patronizing road side stall cant park anymore thus resulting congestion in the area there.
Somehow, it is still those illegal parking casing the jam.... Therefore to ease the traffic there one of the solution is to get rid of those road side stall.....

0.1% is stupid calculation. Dunno y he say 0.1%. SG is higly sought after units. My friends n i more than 20 units all either rented out or ownstay. Still many tenants, not agents look for the units there.

What a 0.1% talk....no experience at all.

My tenants at tesco consist of local chinese single or couple, korean, singaporean, hongkong fella n american. So far all my tenants are happy with their units.
The rectification n repair of defects for units are slow n thats why still not many tenants for scott soho yet. There are more tenants moving in compared to april.
I do not think this is a bad investment as i am happy with all my units at scott soho with high rental yield.
Tesco business not doing so well because NSK is at kuchai lama.
Scott garden location is not bad.
Those who do not have any units there maybe do not know the actual situation there.

The rental i have, range from 2k -2.5k. All my units above 18 floors pool view. Those at block A n C low floor might face difficulty to rent or low rental.
At the moment is about 300 - 350 tenanted (based on car parked in at night).

Wait a year or two and there will be a lot of tenants there, and yes most likely the majority of them will be foreigners too. But today? Who are you trying to fool.

My guess is that single men from middle east in their mid 20is will save the rental market in SG, where else could you find a new condo at so cheap rental per sqf. This low cost rental is too attractive to go unnoticed for long.
