Relax relax, i jus heard the story fr some1 who was there that night, jus to share.. actually all depends on how emergency was her emergency case lol, maybe too emergency to really look around for jockey or leave a name card on the windshield, maybe she didn't bring her name card out during her maternity leave, well many possibilities or maybe she's not alone, her friend might assist her to the toilet?

On the other hand, the 4WD truck might have a pregnant lady in the truck that time too and they were rushing to the hospital lol, so must desperately push the myvi to the middle of highway!

From observers point of views, the possibilities r endless...

Actually to end all this illegal park/double park, could have built a huge permanent concrete barrier on the free space there? scott garden bars would look nicer n not so 'messy'

lol still onto this? anyway the answer is pretty simple, it's faster to just park the car n rush to the restaurant/pub toilet ! ya i seriously think they both r so very wrong, one of colleague just suggested death sentence for double/illegal parking offence.
