I see that the rental rate's hovering around 1.4K plus. From what I gather in this post, seems like this place is very convenient and happening...so for this rate, is it considered decent or lower than expected? I also noticed that there are many units available for rent...I'm guessing it's due to the oversupply, thus the rental is around that price?

i stay at block C level 6, facing garden( the pub site). not so noise also even night time, if i close the windows, then totally no sound
