Even Bandar Saujana Putra is over 300psf... how can this be 300-400psf... if 300psf-400psf... i think their directors n workers will take up 50% and vip another 30% ... left 20% for others.. |

the price was circulated earlier in scenaria post. but only inductive price. estimated will be slightly cheaper than scenaria but lesser discount as well.

I believe this is at least RM800psf due to the positioning and timing of releasing unit. They will definitely wait till budget out and see how's to improve sales by using the loop holes.
