It won't be and quite impossible bro.

They market this as high end condo. Most of the medium end condo at close to prime area asking from RM 650 psf while those so-so prime location min asking RM 550 psf average and those outskirt are asking RM 400+ psf ...

I think this is never lower than RM 550-600 psf since the sizes reportedly medium big onwards ...

Even Bandar Saujana Putra is over 300psf... how can this be 300-400psf... if 300psf-400psf... i think their directors n workers will take up 50% and vip another 30% ... left 20% for others..

300-400 psf..wait long long..the subsale at dutamas raya, so call old and outdated condo oledy tranc at 400psf above...

You are right. Even the Avantas located in OKR also selling at 700psf. Same price with mont kiara condos! Do not know how to justify it??

the price was circulated earlier in scenaria post. but only inductive price. estimated will be slightly cheaper than scenaria but lesser discount as well.

I believe this is at least RM800psf due to the positioning and timing of releasing unit. They will definitely wait till budget out and see how's to improve sales by using the loop holes.

Hope no..seem the around is school and block by other condo..800psf is considered real mk... 650-700psf Still reasonsable.

The mulberri nearby also 600psf
